The newly renovated, 15-bed ER serves approximately 22,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns. Responsibilities The Patient Access Representative I is responsible for providing quality registration and customer service to all patients, visitor and internal customers. Obtain all demographic, insurance and medical information accurately and thoroughly and complete fields in the registration pathway that impact patient care, billing and reporting. As a Patient Access Representative, you are also responsible for ensuring a positive first impression. Minimum Requirements Minimum six months experience with computers. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Skilled at typing and data entry. Preferred Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
