Position Summary:
Perform translating and administrative/clerical tasks in support of the Quality Assurance (QA) Department in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Support Director of Quality and Vice President of Quality in daily administrative duties; such as, maintaining meeting schedules, preparing and reserving conference rooms, coordinating with customers, suppliers or other HMMA departments.
- Prepare Internal Communication/Approval forms, check requests, reimbursements, travel expense reports, etc. for department as directed by the Director/HOD.
- Assist and administrate annual departmental budget, expenses, tracking, and payment duties.
- Perform time administration, attendance tracking, and vacation scheduling for QA department.
- Arrange travel plans and schedules for the Director of Quality and Vice President of Quality as necessary.
- Organize and collate mail, faxes, memoranda, etc., for QA department.
- Prepare all required materials, orientation schedule, and training for new QA Team Members.
- Act as the Document Control Administrator (DCA) for the Quality Assurance Department to meet BMS requirements and standards.
- Organize and lead Quality Sub-Division events as directed.
- Provide bilingual services including written translations and interactive translation for verbal conversations (meetings, visitor support); review finished materials for completeness, accuracy, format, and appropriate English or Korean language usage.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management Systems (BMS, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Safety Management Systems (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education
- 2 year Technical Degree preferred
Related Experience
- 1 – 2 years of job related experience preferred

- MSWord
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Korean fluently
Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
