Technology company has an opening for an office assistant with great customer service and organizational skills. Duties will include answering phones, handling customer support issues via phone and email, and gaining an overall knowledge of the product while assisting the Director of Client Relations, possible additional responsibilities of creating/sending invoices to clients. Knowledge of tech, education, or billing/invoicing a plus. Preferred applicants will have customer service skills, experience working with children or in an educational environment, Microsoft Office & typing skills, & an understanding of current technologies (phone & iPad apps etc). Person must be punctual, professional, & able to follow directions independently.
