Front Desk Scheduler / Social Media Marketer Full-time (35-40 hours per week) in Mansfield, Texas starting @ $9.50, (pay commensurate to experience) Monday – Friday 1:00 – 8:30 pm (approx. hours) Our Front Desk Scheduler ensures our customers receive courteous and prompt services both in person and over the phone. This position is fast paced and requires teamwork, dedication and enthusiasm. In addition, as a Social Media Marketer, this person will also be responsible for developing, implementing and engaging our social media platforms. Applicants should be experienced in the following: Exceptional customer service Greet students and parents in a positive manner Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing PC skills – demonstrate proficiency in PC applications as required. Schedule appointments and other duties as assigned. Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing with the ability to engage consumers The ideal candidate will possess: Self-motivation A natural smile and friendly disposition Great organizational skills Be detail-oriented Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Consistently demonstrate an ability to work as a team player Experience working with children!
