The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess: Be able to engage with anyone and offer a warm, friendly personality Have exceptional communication skills both verbal & written Capable of handling large volumes of traffic in and out of the building Provide support to the Executive team through screening of visitors and Sales People Capable of keeping a positive, up-beat demeanor Daily Duties: Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments Handle incoming deliveries and occasional shipping of packages Properly sign-in guests and accurately track daily visitors Capable of quickly learning Security Badge Software Schedule orientations and interviews for large groups of people Utilize email programs for internal and external correspondences Must Haves: High School Diploma required or GED Basic computer skills and experience with MS Suite and Google Docs A keen eye for detail and accuracy Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments simultaneously What are you waiting for?
