JOB DUTIES :
Clemson University’s Department of Bioengineering is seeking applications for one tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level in the area of stem cell/cancer biology to complement our well-recognized research and education program in biomaterials. Clemson University has selected Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences as one of the emphasis area and is dedicated to foster growth in this area.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates should have a PhD in cell biology, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, biology, or a related discipline, demonstrated excellence in research, and a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Post-doctoral research experience is required. Expertise in stem cell biology, cell signaling, cancer biology, in vivo models, and application in tissue regeneration is essential.
WORK SCHEDULE :
Standard Hrs: 37.5; Salary commensurate with credentials and experience.
