Call Center Associate - Sai Electricals - Memphis, TN





Provides customer support to consumers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g. instant message, email). Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment. For product or service-related issues, will move customer to appropriate Product Support Specialist. Performs other administrative duties as requested.

Position Comments: Entry Level CSR I

Education: This role does require a High School Diploma or equivalent


Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

–Experience within the customer service industry

–The ability to multi-task

–The ability to type 40 + WPM

–Outgoing and customer focused personality

–Ability to comply with pre-employment background screening and drug testing

–Availability to interview at short notice and start 4/11. Please provide availability in submission comments.


Preferred Qualifications

–Call center experience

— 6 months or more of experience in a call center or customer service-related position in a service industry.

–One or more years of financial services experience is preferable.
