The greeter will be representing Tradewind Aviation as a Greeter at our local FBOs. The position is new to the Teterboro location so there will be a learning curve on both the Greeter’s side as well as Tradewind Aviation. We’ll iron out any issues that we don’t have answers for right away.
The purpose of the Greeter is to streamline the process of passengers’ arrival to eliminate chaos on Tradewind’s end at the FBO. Sometimes the FBO is quiet and at other times we have passengers that don’t know where to go. We’re trying to avoid the chaos!
Issues that may arise:
- delays or cancellations are not communicated to the passenger on time they may just show up
- no flights available if passengers just show up without a reservation
